• The exact URL(s) of the content on this site.
• A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice through the same contact form with the same elements as above plus consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court.

Discretionary removal

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at any time, for any reason, without notice. Repeat infringers will be banned.
