What we collect
Trump 80 Tribute Wall collects only what is needed to display submissions and run the project: the optional display name, country (and US state), city, and message you provide, plus the request IP and timestamp for abuse prevention and legal compliance. IPs are never displayed publicly.
Lawful basis (GDPR)
Our lawful basis for processing public submissions is your explicit consent, recorded when you tick the consent and 13+ checkboxes on the submit form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing the address on the contact page; withdrawal does not affect processing done before withdrawal.
Age requirement
The site is not directed to children under 13. You must confirm you are 13 or older to submit a message. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
Do not sell or share (CCPA / CPRA)
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the right to know, correct, delete, and limit use of their personal information; submit a request via the email on the contact page.
Payments
Tips on the support page are processed by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card details. The provider shares back only the information needed to thank you and prevent fraud (e.g. display name, country, amount, transaction ID).
Retention
Public submissions remain on the wall until you request deletion or we remove them under our community guidelines. Request IPs and abuse logs are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Payment records are retained as required by our payment provider and applicable tax law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by emailing hello@tribute14.app. User-submitted content may be retained in archived form where required by law.
Cookies & analytics
Cookies are used only for sessions and basic, aggregated analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date.
