What we collect

To display a submission, June14 — Global Celebration Platform stores the country (and US state), optional city, and message you provide. We do not ask for or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, accounts, or passwords. We also keep limited technical records needed for security, abuse prevention, site operation, and legal compliance. This may include IP-derived security identifiers and basic request records. These are never shown publicly.

Lawful basis (GDPR)

Our lawful basis for processing public submissions is your explicit consent, recorded when you tick the consent box on the submit form. You may withdraw consent at any time through the contact form; withdrawal does not affect processing done before withdrawal.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data through the contact form. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. User-submitted content may be retained in archived form where required by law.

Retention

Public submissions remain on the wall until removed under our community guidelines or at your request. Security and abuse records are retained only as long as needed for those purposes and then deleted. Payment records are retained as required by our payment provider and applicable tax law.

Tips & payments

Tips on the support page are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store card details. Tipper identities, countries, and amounts are never published.

Moderation

Submissions are reviewed before publication to keep the wall on-topic and respectful.

Cookies

This site sets only strictly-necessary functional cookies and security cookies set by a third-party bot-check service. No advertising cookies. No third-party advertising trackers.

Sub-processors

We rely on third-party providers covering hosting and database, content delivery and bot-protection, and payment processing — each under a Data Processing Agreement where applicable. The current named list of sub-processors is available on request through the contact form; we reply within 30 days.

Changes

This policy may be updated. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date.
